This equipment generates N2 to protect the oil cargo, chemical cago ship, LNG ships. LPG ships. It has more advantages than inert gas generator so as to replace the inert gas generator. The comparison between the two generators is as follows

Environmental protection

While the inert gas from flue system will bring toxic gas such as SO₂, the nitrogen from the system is odorless, non-toxic so it will protect the atmosphere and environment.

Safty

The oxygen content of the nitrogen generated by the system can be precisely regulated and its content is constant, so it can be accurately controlled in the cargo tanks. Because of the impact of combustion status in the boiler, the oxygen content of the inert gase is unstable. Therefore, the oxygen content in the cargo tank is instability, furthermore, the high humidity of inert gases is easy to generate static elecrticity and it is unsafe.
